QANTAS subsidiary (Jet-Star) has pushed into the overseas market of Japan to compete with the competive market within Asia. This allows Jet-Star to expand the fleet of their A320s and hopefully gain a profit with the rising losses that have been gained from the Australian Jet-Star.
"JETSTAR Japan has completed agreements with the lessors of 24 Airbus
A320 aircraft it will need for expansion over the next three years."
